Company Profile

Studio EXTERRA is an exclusive construction, architectural, interior and furniture Design Company based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Covering complete process from design and construction to furnishing, followed by efficient project management, we are able to provide full service to the client, transforming client's visions, plans, sensibility and budget into unique visual solution.

Our activities are mostly focused on residential buildings - villas and apartments, located in Serbia or Montenegro, dealing with international clients, such as diplomatic community in Belgrade and international investors in Montenegro.

This is a collection of selected projects - villas, penthouses, interiors, exteriors, unique furniture and soft furnishing, presenting different type of jobs and variety of design solutions, created for our clients.

Usual approach to construction projects, design, separated phases of planning and construction works, brings to investor a lot of unpredictable difficulties, regarding final aesthetic effects, needed budget and time for project realization.

Creating our business profile and philosophy, as a solution for these problems, in EXTERRA Design Studio, we developed a concept of unite architectural and interior design, project management, construction and furnishing which saves time and money, creating unique design and quality for our clients.
